課程概述

高等實驗物理教學大綱:
高等實驗物理教學內容包括:低溫實驗物理與技術; 薄膜物理與技術; 超導量子干涉元件:基礎物理、系統與生物磁學應用; 前瞻實驗物理與其它實驗物理等主題。課程重視基本與創新實驗技術之訓練,前瞻物理之講授、並由課程講授與實習來培養實驗物理能力與相關知識。
